SPF 14
We know that life sometimes interferes with our best-laid vacation plans. That’s why we offer Sundance Vacation Protection which we call SPF14. When you purchase SPF14 you can change your mind or even cancel your reservation up until 14 days prior to your check-in date.
More About SPF14:
SPF14 guarantees protection against the loss of your reservation rates and/or your vacation week. The cost for vacation protection is nominal:
Pre-paid week booking: $99
Bonus Weeks booking: $49
Guidelines:
- SPF14 allows for the refund of the reservation rates paid at the time of booking and the return of the vacation week used from your vacation package.
- SPF14 may not be used to cancel and rebook the same date(s) and destination at a Bonus Weeks price.
- SPF14 must be purchased as the time of booking your vacation and is not available for purchase at a later date. If SPF14 is not purchased, all reservations are final and no refunds will be provided if a cancelation occurs.
- The SPF14 purchase price is non-refundable.
Cancellations/changes made 14 days or more prior to your travel date:
- The vacation week used from your vacation package will be returned to you.
- All reservation rates will be refunded to the credit card they were originally charged to.
Cancellations/changes made less than 14 days prior to your travel date:
- The vacation week used from your vacation package will be returned to you.
- All reservation rates will be forfeited.
Bonus Weeks Bookings:
Cancellations/changes made 14 days or more prior to your travel date:
- All reservation rates will be refunded to the credit card they were originally charged to.
Cancellations/changes made less than 14 days prior to your travel date:
- All reservation rates will be forfeited.
Note: If a vacation is cancelled, only reservation rates will be refunded.
